Have Yourself a Merry Little Retro Holiday
When the holidays roll around, I often feel like the Grinch; grumpy, irritated, and overwhelmed. There are a few things that can spark holiday cheer within me, shiny tinsel and rainbow lights, napping by the Christmas tree, and of course…taking holiday photos for people. I’ve offered traditional Christmas photo sessions before, but I prefer a tacky Christmas vibe. Think silly cheesy poses, vintage outfits and ugly sweaters, a set full of tinsel and garland and all things shiny and vibrant. I love to channel the 70s and 80s studio portraits with the dramatic yet relaxed and goofy poses they used to do. During these sessions, I’ll always keep your preferences in mind. The lighting can be bold or soft or dreamy and the posing can be romantic, sexy, silly, traditional, or whatever feels comfortable for you. This set pairs well with solo shoots, duos, small groups of friends, lovers, and couples. The session type can be boudoir or portraits. I am offering this holiday set at a discounted rate during the month of December; you get a high resolution digital gallery with hand edited and retouched images, no use of AI, and you are able to download the files to make holiday cards and/or make prints.
